IMPHAL, July 31: The Under Secretary (DP) of the Govt of Manipur, Shyam Lal Poonia has made an official order for making major reshuffles of 3 IAS officers, 39 MCS officers and also 6 Junior MCS.
According to the order, Armstrong Pame, IAS (SDO/BDO) Tousem will be ADC (Dev) & PD/DRDA, Ukhrul while S Mintianthang, IAS (AO/Power) as Joint Secretary (MOBC & SC), Ms Kholia Lohra, IAS (CEO, ADC Senapati) as Joint Secretary (Hr & Tech Education) respectively.
