IMPHAL, August 19: The Manipur Veteran Cricket Association today said in a press release that the annual general body meeting of the Manipur Veteran Cricket Association will be held on August 25, 2013 at 10 am at the conference hall of Manipur Olympic Association, Khuman Lampak with a luncheon.
The AGM will discuss the agenda of confirmation of the last AG meeting, discussion and approval of annual administrative report of the honorary secretary, discussion and approval of audited statement of account of the honorary treasurer, election of new office bearers for the term 2013-15, fund drive and misc, it said.
The press release further requested its members to make it convenient to attend the AGM in time, it said.
