IMPHAL, August 7: The Asha Bhawan Trust of India, Moreh has expressed gratitude to the Commanding Officer of 9th Assam Rifles Col Anadi Atreya for extending valuable assistance by providing several edible items to the rehabilitation centre located at Chavangphai, conveyed a press release issued by Ngamsei Haokip, director of the ASHA Bhavan, Moreh.
The items provided by the officer to the centre are rice 10 bags, dal 10kgs, sugar 5 kgs, milk powder 3 kgs and coffee half kg.
The noble gesture would immensely boost the centre’s inspiration to help the needy and carry on with the task ahead as more and more helpless alcoholic and drug-addicts are seeking help at the centre for a transformation in their life, it added.
