IMPHAL, August 8: Distric Administration of Bishnupur is organizing to observe Patriots’ Day at its district headquarters inside the mini Secretariat Complex on August 13 at 8:00 am. In the function, Jason A Shimray IAS, the Deputy Commissioner of the district will lead the floral tribute on the occasion while a team of civil police will give a general salute, it said in a DIPR statement.
