IMPHAL, Aug 24: The CRED (Centre for Research on Environmental Development) has expressed serious concerns on the recent bomb blast near a CRED waste collecting vehicle parked at the roadside for garbage collection at Naoremthong Laishram Leirak near DC office road Imphal West in which three people got injured and hospitalized including staff members, it said in a press statement.
Bomb blast in public place targeting innocent people is condemnable, it said.
It further appealed to all concerned to ensure safety and security for the peace loving citizens of Manipur and non-state actors should not create any fear psychosis to the public in future.
