MOREH, August 10: The chairman of ADC Chandel, Lukhosei Zou has today distributed Galvanized Corrugated Iron (GCI) sheets of the Indira Awaj Yojana (IAY) scheme 2012-13 to 25 BPL families. The distribution of the GCI sheet was held at the residence of the ADC in ward No 3 at 9:00 am. The 25 beneficiary families comprising of Tamil, Meitei, Muslim, Kuki and Nepali were getting 5 bundles each of GCI sheets.
During the distribution function, Lukhosei Zou, the chairman of the ADC said that he will do all possible help and service in materializing the government of India’s schemes and projects which are planning to make the society equal and further continued appealing the beneficiaries to use the items properly.
