IMPHAL, August 10: The Handicapped Development Foundation (HD foundation) has today released a press statement saying that the second edition of the foundation’s quarterly journal was published on August 10, 2013 while adding that the new edition has additional sections making it different than its previous edition.
The statement further said that one can find in this edition of important news items, the reports of the hard earned achievements of the differently abled persons and also the story of the distinguished individuals of the same category, it said.
