IMPHAL, August 6: The Manipur Minorities & OBC Economic Development Society (MOBEDS) has today notified that the scholarship distribution function for post metric 2010-11 will be held on August 7, 2013 at the office complex of MOBC & SC and MOBEDS, Manipur at Old High Court Complex.
