IMPHAL, August 6: The Manipuri Students’ Federation (MSF) has today said in a press release announcing for organizing the 9th Students` Martyrdom on August 16, 20 13 on the theme “To Excel Right to Life” and further adding that the observation will commemorate the supreme sacrifice made by the Human Torch, late Pebam Chittaranjan Mangang who immolated himself on August 15, 2004 and succumbed to the injuries on the next day.
