IMPHAL, August 18: The proscribed PREPAK (Pro) has in a press statement signed by its senior publicity officer Boby Mangang claimed responsibility for the bomb attack at the ‘Route 39’ restaurant at Mantripukhri.
The PREPAK(Pro) in its statement maintained that all sorts of activities involving men and women have been going in the restaurant after using intoxicants.
It further claimed that the outfit had warned the restaurant earlier by placing two grenades in the restaurant however it was kept hidden from the media by the restaurant staff.
