IMPHAL, Aug 6: The Speaker, Manipur Legislative Assembly, Th Lokeshwar Singh has today wished the people of Manipur especially the Muslim brethrens with the coming of Idul Fitre festival which will be held on August 9, 2013 while adding that this Idul Fitre Festival would be the occasion to usher in peace and prosperity in Manipur.
