IMPHAL, August 16: President`s Correctional Service Medal for Meritorious Service has been awarded to three Jail personnel of Manipur Central Jail, Imphal viz., SK Bhadrika, Assistant Jailor, Konthoujam Shashikumar Singh, Head Warder and Nengkhoting Haokip, Female Warder on the occasion of Independence Day, 2013 for their outstanding devotion to duty and correctional measures taken in the Jail department.
They were among the 38 all India Correctional Service Medal awardees on the occasion of 67th Independence Day, 2013 celebration.
