IMPHAL, August 19: The Directorate of Adult Education, Manipur today said in a press release that this Directorate of Adult Education is organizing a state Level Spot Essay Writing Competition (in Manipuri for 200 words) on September 6, 2013 two days ahead of the International Literacy Day, the September 8, 2013 in a given topic relating to Saakshar Bharat (literate India)/Adult Education Programme in the State at 11 am in the conference hall of Directorate of Adult Education, Babupara, Imphal.
