JIRIBAM, Aug 26: In preparation for the 21st National Children’s Science Congress 2013, district level workshop for teachers’ guide of the Jiribam sub division was today organised at Jiribam Higher Secondary School at 11 am. The Science Teachers’ Forum, Manipur organised the workshop under the aegis of the Department of Science and Technology, Govt of Manipur.
The workshop was attended by 25 teachers from 14 schools and 15 project leader students of the sub division.
H Nandiram Sharma and L Nabakumar Singh, the president and general secretary of the Science Teachers’ Forum attended the inaugural function.
In his welcome address cum key note address, H Rajen kumar Singh, district coordinator said that the workshop will be helpful for talent hunt and also in exploring new areas for science project works.
H Nandiram Sharma and L Nabakumar Singh delivered lectures as resource persons of the workshop.
