JIRIBAM, August 17: After the walls of the residential quarters of the Primary health Centre, Borobekara collapse yesterday night, the MO i/c of the PHC, Dr T Vijaychandra Singh has submitted memorandums to the concerned authorities including ADC, Jiribam.
It may be mentioned that the Borobekara PHC is one the health care settings taken up in the Public Private Partnership on a trial basis in three districts.
