IMPHAL, Sept 9: The All Manipur Students’ Union (AMSU) has today said in a press release that a condolence meeting was held on August 30 last at 10:00 am on the sudden demise of Birjit Ngangomba and five minutes silence was also observed during the meeting in respect of the deceased.
The press release also mentioned obituary reference of Birjit Ngangomba who did remarkable services in the field of Thang-Ta, Theatre, Sumang Lila further while quoting special mention of AMSU’s drama ‘Chaklam Khongchat’ which depicted the historic episode of hunger marchers’ struggle.
