IMPHAL, Sept 20: The Director of the Health Services, Manipur has today in press release appealed to all concerns not to resort to any form of bandh or general strike on September 22 in view of the ensuing Manipur Female Health Workers Entrance Examination 2013 which is scheduled on the above mentioned date.
