IMPHAL, Sept 9: The award distribution of Nongpok Ningthou, Nongpok Panthoibi Award and another award ‘North East Regional Award 2012’ which was to be started from this year has been postponed to September 27, 2013 at Lamyanba Sanglen owing to non completion of souvenir printing and other related works, said a press release of the Panthoibi Cultural Research Centre for Performing Arts.
