IMPHAL, September 8: The Sri Sathiya Sai Organization, Manipur celebrated the Bal Vikas Day at Lamyanba Sanglen at Palace compound today.
The function was preceded by a rally which had started from the Multi-Purpose Hall, Wangkhei Keithel Ashangbi to Lamyanba Shanglen under the theme “SSSBV, the Pathway to Excellence”.
