IMPHAL, Sept 20: A Government order issued by Mercina R Panmei, Deputy Secretary of Finance has cancelled the authorization of HFDC bank Ltd and AXIS bank Ltd to conduct state government business for collection of commercial taxes through e-payment of taxes from tax payers in the State of Manipur issued vide Govt order of even number dated June 11, 2013.
