IMPHAL, September 23: The Manipur Heart Care Society will observe the 14th World Heart Day 2013 under the theme ‘’Prevention of Cardiovascilar disease in female and children” on September 29 at Indian Medical Association (IMA) House, Lamphel, informed a press release of the society.
