IMPHAL, September 13: The Revolutionary People’s Front in a press release by its publicity secretary Roben Khuman said that the Indian Government `is trying its best to disrupt the movement of independence through multiple dimensions`.
Stating that the stance of the outfit is aimed at the interest of the public and for a libertarian movement, it said that various ploys are utilized by the Centre to show the movement in the wrong light and further to emasculate the public by utilizing various methods.
It said that there is always a highlighted communal tension to bring about disparity and cause further divide among the public. Various facts are distorted and fictional statements are made up to antagonize the movement of independence and this needs to understood by all and react in a befitting manner, the release said.
