IMPHAL, Sept 13: The International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) donated eight bags of rice, bags of potato, five litre of edible oil, etc to the old age home at Mongshangei run by the All Manipur Senior Citizen Welfare Association today.
E Johnson, president IPSA appealed to all not to create any disturbance to anyone on way to attend the IPSA’s foundation day on September 15, 2013 at MDU hall. The donation was made in connection with the September 15 foundation day.
