IPSA working for society, says Yumnamcha Dilipkumar

    IMPHAL, September14: The 15th Foundation Day of the International Peace and Social Advancement (IPSA) was held today at the Manipur Dramatic Union (MDU) at around 10:30 am.

    Representatives and functionaries of IPSA took part in the observation today.

    Yumnamcha Dilipkumar, ex-president, IPSA  said IPSA is not just for the state, but its objective is on a national-international level.

    IPSA has relations with the village chiefs in the hills and has a good reputation in many fields of development.

    IPSA is still working for the society and will also work for the betterment of the society, he said.

    Speaking on the boundary issue, he said that the CM of the state has failed to take any action on the issue.

    The centre and the Myanmar government has tied up and trying to affect the territorial integrity of the state, he said.
