IMPHAL, Sept 13: In commemoration of the 101th Session of Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), a ISCA Regional Science Congress for North-East India 2013 on the focal theme “Innovations in Science & Technology for Inclusive Development” is being organised for the first time in the history of Manipur by ISCA Imphal Chapter under the aegis of Manipur University during 2-3 December, 2013 at Manipur University campus, said a press release.
