IMPHAL, Sept 10: The member in charge, information & publicity of Kangleipak Communist Party (KCP), S Mangal has today clarified in a press release that Laipubal Seityadev Sharma alias Tony (29) son of L Ratankumar Sharma of Thangmeiband Yumnam Leikai who was arrested by the police commando of Imphal West district recently is not related to KCP further adding that there is no Noiyon group.
