    MOREH, September 23: While strongly refuting the allegations made by JM Thadou secretary information and publicity secretary, UKLF that the KNLF/KPA had threatened the Kuki Inpi; the apex Kuki civil bodies- Kuki Chief’s Assn; KSO; Kuki Women’s Movement for Human Rights, KUMHUR and other Kuki civil bodies, the secretary information and publicity, KNLF/KPA has claimed it to be baseless and a shameful and cowardly act of the UKLF.
    “The KNLF/KPA, after much deliberation and with extreme faith had signed the Suspension of Operation with the central and state governments on August 30, 2013 at Delhi and joined the Home Coming cum signing of MoU organized by the government on September 9 at the 1st Manipur Rifles, Imphal with the objective to shun the path of violence and to reunite with the peace loving citizens of India”, it said.

    “Therefore, it is an appeal to the government and the public not ot be misled by such baseless and shameful allegations made by the UKLF”, it claimed.
