IMPHAL, September 8: “With the expiry of the term of the office of the KSO Churachandpur District in August 2013, the president of KSO General Headquarters has relinquished the incumbent executives of all administrative duties and responsibilities. Concurrently, the incumbent president Paokai Haokip has been appointed as caretaker of the office of the KSO Churachandpur District until election is held and a new executive body of KSO Churachandpur District is installed”, according to a statement of the KSO-General Headquarters.
