IMPHAL, Sept 14: A 34 year old lady sustained serious burn injuries after being struck by lightning this evening around 5:45 pm at Khurai Lairikyengbam Leikai Salan Leirak Maning.
The victim is identified as Paonam Khambi (34), daughter of Late P Nandakeshore.
She has been admitted at JNIMS and is said to be out of danger.
