IMPHAL, Sept 13: The publicity chief of Revolutionary People’s Front, Bangkim today said in a press release that the bomb blast near the waiting shed of Khurai Popular High School at around 10:30 am was conducted by a special warfare group of the PLA against 30 Assam Riffles.
The press release further added that a team of 252 M/B battalion of PLA had also launched another offensive to the security forces on September 9 last at around 1:45 pm at Aishi Khul in Chandel district adding that the offensive caused casualty.
The publicity chief further expressed concern on the casualty of an `innocent person` who got injured in the bomb blast today adding that the PLA whole heartedly shared the pain and sorrow of the victim.
