IMPHAL, Sept 18: It is said in a notification of the Directorate of Fisheries, Manipur that paddy cum piciculture is being develop by giving subsidy under the NEC scheme.
In this connection, interested terrace field owners of the hill district of Manipur may apply to the concerned District Fishery Officers of the hill districts of Manipur in the prescribed format on or before September 25, 2013.
