IMPHAL, Sept 26: Two suspected underground militant cadres were arrested by a team of Moreh post Commando Unit today at around 4pm along with a dummy 9mm pistol along with one Burmese bike.
According to police source, the two were arrested by the commando team from Moreh ward number 1.
Meanwhile, a cadre of the Kanglei Yawol Kanna Lup (KYKL) was arrested by a team of Thoubal Police commando from Yairipok Bazzar around 4:30pm.
According to a police source, the KYKL cadre is identified as Yendrembam Shyamchand (31), son of (L) Maniton Singh of Wangjing SK college.
The two have been identified as Md Akram (18) and Md Ajmal (19).
