KANGPOKPI, Sept 20: Ultrasound facilities which had been a long pending desire of the general public in and around Kangpokpi is now available at Kangpokpi Christian Hospital commonly known as the Mission Hospital located at Kangpokpi Ward No 10, some 5 km from Kangpokpi bazar.
Medical Superintendent Dr MS Hatzaw said that earlier, all the patients coming to the hospital requiring Ultrasonography were referred either to Senapati or Imphal which is around 25 km and 45 km away which cost them money for the transport.
He continued that facility will provide great benefits particularly to the local community.
