IMPHAL, Sept 15: The United Naga Council has condemned the September 13 blast at Khoyathong, Imphal.
Imphal valley has been bombed 271 times during the previous five years from 2008 to 2012, the UNC claimed before adding that the Chief Minister’s official residence in the top security zone was itself targeted four times, the last of which took place on August 10, 2013.
