IMPHAL, Oct 3: The Non-Teaching Employees` Welfare Association, RIMS, Imphal today held a condolence meeting to condole the untimely death of Maradona Soibam, a clerk in the general section of the Administrative Block of RIMS who expired on September 30, 2013, informed a press statement of the RIMS.
The meeting further observed a two minutes silence in memory of the departed soul.
