The frustrated concerned perpetrator(s) should rather come forward and have a say of their opinions, for such cowardly act can never bring solution. However, with mutual love & understanding, there is a door always kept open for the civilized world in the realms of democracy if one communicates table to table through means of dialogue’, the Dy Speaker said.
