NEW DELHI, October 10: Election Commission of India has given guidelines which should be duly observed for compliance by all the concerned media in connection with the general election to the State Legislative Assemblies of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Mizoram and NCT of Delhi 2013.
