IMPHAL, Oct 4: The Loktak Power Station, NHPC Ltd conducted its 13th batch of Free Cataract Operation on October 10, 2013 at Shija Hospital & Research Institutes Langol, conveyed a press release of the NHPC Limited.
The camp operated upon eight cataract cases under the project ‘Netra Jyoti’ of its Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainable Development activities while free medicines, subsidized cost of operation with foldable IOL, transportation and fooding for the patients were provided by NHPC Ltd, it said.
