While condemning and reacting strongly against the Sekmai-Kanglatongbi based civil bodies spokesperson accusing Phaileng chief of disregarding `Mutual Agreement` of June 26 on banning quarrying activities at Sekmai riverbed of the Imphal river, Haominthang Misao said that there is no `Mutual Agreement` between the village chief and Sekmai-Kanglatongbi based organizations.
