IMPHAL, October 8: In accordance with its annual meeting held at Manipur Press Club on October 2 last, the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit System (JCILPS) has elected Heikrujam Ibotombi Singh as its new executive committee convener, conveyed a press release of JCILPS.
H Ibotombi was warmly welcomed by members of the committee today. He, along with others bearers has started executing their assigned works, it added.
