IMPHAL, October 18: A team of Imphal West District Police Commandos arrested an active member of the KCP from near Lilong Higher Secondary School on October 16 around 3:15 pm, informed a press release of the SP Imphal West.
The statement identified the arrested individual as Soibam Basanta, 28, alias Atong Singh son of S Sarat Singh of Wangoi Iram Siphai Leiphrakpam Mayai Leikai.
