IMPHAL, Oct 4: Six cadres of the Kuki National Liberation Front (KNLF) laid down their arms at the 6th Dogra Regiment at Tibomol, Chandel district yesterday.
The arms brought by the six cadres included two AK-56, one M-16 rifle, three M-16 magazines, 10 rounds of 5.56 mm ammunition and 16 rounds of 7.62 mm ammunition.
It may be mentioned that this is the third batch of cadres of the outfit coming forth to lay down their arms since the signing of the SoO pact, on September 9, wherein 50 cadres of the outfit laid down their weapons before the Governments.
