IMPHAL, Oct 4: A team of the Imphal West district police commandos arrested an active member of KYKL from Khagempalli Pankha near Ningom Leirak on October 3, according to a press release of the Superintendent of police of the district.
The arrested KYKL cadre is identified as Keisham Regan Singh alias Nimai alias Loyangamba (32), son of Ksh Raghumani Singh of Khagempalli Panthak, it said.
