IMPHAL, Oct 12: A team of the Imphal West District Police Commandos arrested an active member of the KYKL from the residence of Yumnam Budhachandra Singh of Kakwa Ningom Thongjao Awang Leikai on October 11 around 4:30 am.
A press statement issued by the Superintendent of Police, Imphal West district identified the arrested cadre as Yumnam Kendra Singh (39), alias Ken, son of Y Budhachandra Singh.
One Chinese hand grenade and one mobile handset have been recovered from his possession, it added.
