IMPHAL, October 24: The Football Referees Welfare Committee has decided that the referees will stop all match conduct in tournaments organized by the All Manipur Football Association in case the football body fail to take necessary action against Kh Loyalakpa alias Loya; AIM coach W Khogen Singh; AIM captain N Shangkar Singh for their role in attacking referee M Magho Singh, said a press release of the committee.
