IMPHAL, Oct 10: The Minorities Development Forum Manipur will extend help in availing study loan for the minority students in the field of Doctor, engineer, agriculture, fisheries, veterinary and other technical courses from Islamic Development Bank, said a press release of the Minorities Development Forum, Manipur.
