IMPHAL, October 20: In a match of the 18th M Chittamani Memorial Winners’ Cup, UPPA, Kiyamgei held UBSA, Mantak with a 2-2 draw played at the artificial turf home ground of UPAA, Khuman Lampak.
Apharian of UBSA made the opening goal at 11th minute while AK Pradeepkumar of UPAA scored the equalizer goal at 41st minute and the match ended at 1-1 at the end of the first half.
In the second half, the home team committed several fouls. Match referee L Gokulananda shown yellow card to A Romex, AK Rajnikanta, Ng Santosh and N Boyboysana at 47th, 51st, 60th and 75th minutes respectively.
L Agalu of UBSA scored the second goal for his team at 76th minute and in the extra time at 94th minute, Dim Pamei of the home team scored the equalizer goal for his team.
The two teams will meet again on October 24 at UBSA home ground at DSA, Kakching.
