IMPHAL, October 5: The Manipur State Bharat Scouts and Guides will organize a valedictory function of the Regional Level Trekking Cum Nature Study Programme on October 6, 2013 at 3:30 pm at Langol Game Village Zone I.
Mrinal Kumar Das, Director General of Police, Manipur will be the chief guest of the valedictory function while AK Rana, Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Manipur and PM Goud, ADGP (AP & Training), Manipur will attend as guests of honour and Th Ibopishak Singh will preside over the function, it said.
