IMPHAL, Nov 24: The proscribed outfit RPF has claimed that it is not related in any manner with Hongnemsubam Sunil Meitei alias Salainganba, 46 son of H Chandrakala of Kongba Kshetri Leikai who was reported to be arrested on November 20 around 5 pm from near the gate of the Standard College, Kongba by a team of Imphal East Police Commando, said a press statement of the outfit.
