IMPHAL, November 9: The Manipur Sangai Festival 2013 shall be celebrated as usual for 10 days from November 21 to 30, 2013, clarifies it by the Director of Tourism, Manipur in a press release.
The above clarification has been made against the media report in some local dailies published in Imphal on November 8, 2013 that there is likelihood of shortening the period of celebration of Manipur Sangai Festival, 2013 from 10 days to 5 days only, the release further said.
